We stumbled up[on this caf&eacute; when walking . The staff we very friendly and efficient, The coffee was excellent also. You can sit outside and watch the world go by which was very enjoyable. The prices were not expensive. Will return next time we are in the area.

FOOD WAS INCREDIBLEMyself and guests had not been to the Fernary for at least 2 years as the food quality dipped. So we thought we would give it a try tonight not expecting anything great. And what a pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely delicious every single item we ordered. The service was hit and miss. One waitress was on top of her game and one had no idea. But not bad enough that I wouldn&rsquo;t go back. The ambience has remained the same. Large space and half empty. It might have something to do with the RSL sign in process. It needs a separate entrance from RSL so we don&rsquo;t need to line up and sign in, join or wait 10 minutes while the RSL staff behind the counter dilly dally. I think some events hosted by the Fernary would get some foot traffic in the doors, maybe a DJ, cocktail hours. Specials etc.. it was a Thursday night in December and every other restaurant in Mosman was full. So I always have wondered why it isn&rsquo;t busy and why it can&rsquo;t attract crowds. It&rsquo;s definitely not the food, and prices were not bad. Competitive with the BV and much better quality food. So maybe a rebrand, relaunch, try and distance the association with the dodgy RSL. Not sure if it&rsquo;s owned Separately and leased to the Fernary or if it&rsquo;s actually part of the RSL. But who ever is managing or marketing it, needs a firecracker lit underneath them. The potential is staggering. And there is a massive target audience just in Mosman who are always looking for somewhere to go for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Why are they not competing with the BV. The potential is there, which begs the question why can&rsquo;t they fill it up. I will definitely return. Thanks

Lovely Friday afternoon on the roof top in the sun.  Not many people at all.  Good service.  We shared 4 starter plates which were all very good.

Food was lovely and fresh.  Staff were amazing. It is the  perfect place to catch up with family and friends. We will definitely go there again. Place was spotless too.

We have been to the Fernery before and enjoyed it the same this time.  Great view of the harbor bridge, lovely sitting in the sun with a bevvie or two, lovely selection of food - from burgers to lamb shanks - something for everyone, close to transport and reasonably priced.  We will be back.

Wow such a wonderful experience. Thank you for your food excellent. Your service, staff were wonderful. Wine list had great choices. The barramundi was perfect. Will be back for more.
